FooD Lovers

We dcs " B "class 2007 had an event catering which was held in mid sept. It was held at Rosette,Sha Villa. I was enthusiatic and looking forward to the day of the event, i was doing as an entremettier whom do preparations like veg and starch. i had learnt many things during the event. Though we have ups and down during the operarion our TO in charge did help us a lot..We finally get back the spirit our class and confidence to come out with a different idea to make the dish more appealing and taste delicious. Now i understand that even a simple dish needs the whole team to work together to come out a amazing dish.

Culinary World

hi.. weiming here :-) A lot of my classmates called me " mr flirt " haha.. i currently study in diploma of culinary skills..i enjoy this course,interesting and have a lot passion in this career. i wish to attach to Grand Hyatt, Amara Resort,or Raffles Hotel. i had learned a lot of things in this course.

Shatec is a nice place to study, though the facilities is acceptable,but the best is the TOs are very caring and willing to share their experiences with the students.
